Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery
Order on workdays before 16.00 PM (GMT+1) and it will generally be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 16.00 PM (GMT+1) will be shipped the next day. Orders placed during the weekend will be sent the following Monday. Holidays are an exception. Our packages are delivered via standard PostNL, DHL or DPD services.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace link by e-mail so you can track your order throughout the shipping process.
If you are not home during the delivery, the package will be sent to the nearest service point location. Please pay attention to your Track & Trace link in this case to see where you can pick it up. Note: If you have not received an e-mail, please check your spam folder.
